News From Around the World! Empty China Government Forced Abortion

Post by Skylar Wed Jul 25, 2012 1:32 pm

This news has been bothering me lately.. My mother read it in a local Chinese newspaper and she told me about this story. It's really disgusting. As a pro-life person, I can't believe there is someone who would do something really cruel like this. In the name of controlling China population, the government forced a mother, who 7 months pregnant, going on abortion.

7 months pregnant?! It's a premature baby. In China there is a law which stated that each family only can have 1 child. If they have more than 1, they must pay more taxes. This law has made so many people throw (or sell) their daughters. Chinese people is a patriarch one so they wish they have a son to continue their family name. This kind of practice has been happening for more than 5 decades. Now, the government even forced a woman who pregnant on her second or more child to going on an abortion. It's a brutal policy and against the human rights.

You can read the news here :
    http://www.thenewamerican.com/world-news/asia/item/11718-china’s-population-police-force-mother-to-abort-baby-at-seven-months

PS : No image on that news. But, if you wish to see the image, you can search it in GOOGLE. Not for the faint hearted one.

Yeah, I know it.. It's like a "Batman Tragedy" or "Batman Massacre".. I was wondering why does smart ass people tend to do something crazy. A few years ago, there is a similar accident happen in a campus. A Korean (if I'm not mistaken) attack / kill several people before suicide. He is a master program or doctoral program student, I don't really remembered it. And this "Batman Tragedy" killer is also a doctoral program student. They should be smart enough to think that killing people is not a right thing. I don't know maybe they are way too smart with superb IQ but have no EQ at all...

News From Around the World! Empty Olympic Games 2012

Post by McKnz Fri Jul 27, 2012 11:31 am

Yeah, sometimes those genius are actually an idiot at all..

Anyway, let's continue with another news. It's a happy one about Olympic Games. I'm sure everybody know about this already. The video is only the behind the scene preview. I'm sure the opening will be super spectacular.

Actually, I wished I can see Beckham play in this Olympic Games. This might be his last chance. But, the manager didn't pick him. Come on! He is a great player even in his 30+ age..
But, still congratulation to Ryan Giggs who made it as a Great Britain soccer captain. He is one of the best soccer player who will never play in the World Cup final round. It's a pity to see such a great talent like him will never make it to the World Cup..

Yup it's real. Quite a lot of famous characters appear on the opening ceremony. There are Mr.Bean, Mr.Bond, and Voldemort from Harry Potter. Even they make a special short clip for this Olympic Games.

News: Mercy Killing, Is it a murder or not?
    http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/world/is-a-mercy-killing-still-murder/story-fnddckzi-1226448824349

My personal opinion it isn't a murder
Since it will hurt both the bedridden as well as all their family
I do experience something like this before
I can't stand seeing my family member bedridden for days and the rest of my family keep on crying over and over again.

It's a hard question. Debate about this matter is still on every where. If I was the bedridden patient, I think I will choose "the mercy killing", since I don't want my family burdened with myself.

But, it will be different if someone I really love is bedridden. I think I won't be able to choose "the mercy killing". It's always the question of "what if".
"What if someday he/she wake up? What if he/she just in comatose state?
I don't know what to do if my family is the one bedridden.

I think "the mercy killing" is obviously not a murder.

This news remind me with a fire that happen in my neighborhood when I was 6. I remember someone burn a house beside my house. And all of our neighbor are screaming trying to wake us up. Luckily, all of my family survived and uninjured. I don't know why someone would want to burn that house. At that time, none of the family stayed at that house, but there is a housemaid inside. He was surrounded by the fire and he can only jump from the 3rd floor. Fortunately, he survived and only had minor broken leg.

That scary. Being trapped in burning house would be very traumatic. at the back is a raging fire, and jumping out of the window isn't really safe either. In the news, the window hand railing were melting. It was very hot.

A few years back. I saw a fire accident from a far. They night sky were bright red and smoke can be seen from a far. sadly some people take advantages of the confusion. some people pretending helping the fire victim by "saving" the fire victim belonging. many peoples are busy trying to save their belonging, too. These peoples provide a good cover for the thief.
