i dont know what's wrong with picture D, I cant open it at all. I use photoshop cs5. I'm really bad with color page due to can't find a tutorial about it

Good leveling, i can't spot any grain/dust.
the size also a match. remember to maintain the original ratio.
as long as the height is correct, it is fine. the wide is doesn't matter
at least to me.

try to choose the color as close to the original as possible.
I myself, i can't do it. so you are doing better then me in this case
as the color different still cover able by text
the brown color cloning, is good

you did a good job spliting the image.
there are some grain/dust remaining on white background
use polygonal lasso tool clean dust/grain
encircle the area you wanted to clean then right click choose fill
foreground -> black
background -> white
all dust/grain in the area is gone
